During mother's stay at Casa Isabella, I visited her often. Upon arrival at your home, it was always clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Mother was bathed, fed, and engaged with staff and other residents. She was consistently well cared for and I thank you and your staff for that.

My sister Marlene, who is wheelchair bound, has resided at Casa Isabella for the past five months. The care she has received there has been highly skilled and professional. She has been treated with kindness, respect, and warmth. Marlene has many needs and her care has been exemplary and consistent. My husband and I are very pleased with Marlene's residency at Casa Isabella for a good long time. We highly recommend Casa Isabella to others in need.

So glad we found Casa Isabella for our mom and dad. We discovered this type of residence boarding care while looking at options for more hands-on care for our mom who had just been placed on hospice, due to her having a terminal illness. My brother and I toured several residence boarding facilities in the Vacaville area and had the pleasure of touring Casa Isabella 1, as the first place on the list. As soon as we met Art and Imee, and saw how happy the other residents were under their care, we felt this would be the right fit for our mom. At that point the bar was set very high and touring several other RCFE’s didn’t even come close. The home is beautiful, clean, cheerful and organized well with safety measures in place for the residents as a top priority. My mom was provided with the best care, and all of the care staff worked seamlessly and professionally with her hospice care team. I was so relieved that she was in the best of hands that this gave me such piece of mind knowing her needs and dignity were honored to the end. After this experience for my mom, we decided to move our dad to Casa Isabella 2 in Benicia. He has a lot of care needs and where he had been living, it was just not going to work out anymore. We are so happy that he gets such amazing care at Casa Isabella 2 and has become “family.” Our dad is fondly called Papito and he has become everyone’s Papa!
